Each year the Mepham H.S. Alumni Association contributes funds for various high school activities, including the Most Valuable Mepham Wrestler Award at the annual Sprig Gardner Wrestling Tourney, trips for the band and choir, and the Homecoming Weekend activities.

In 1998 the Mepham Alumni Association contributed $6500 for two large trophy cases which were installed in the west hall near the southwest entrance.

In 1999 the Mepham Alumni Association contributed $3400 for a mat roller (storage) system for use by the wrestling team, and $2600 for park benches to be placed around the circle where school buses pick up students.

In 2000 the Mepham Alumni Association contributed approximately $6000 for two large trophy cases to be installed in the main foyer adjacent to the auditorium entrances.

In 2001 the Mepham Alumni Association has offered $10,000 towards the refurbishing or replacement of the auditorium piano. The purchase was delayed.

In 2002 the Mepham Alumni Association contributed over $18,000 for the auditorium's new grand piano.

Funds for scholarships and awards are derived from Alumni Association memberships and contributions.
